Our CNH Online Parts Catalog (OPC) Interface is now
certified to work with CNH’s new eCommerce website, which allows CNH
dealers' customers to check availability of parts and their pricing and place an
order online. The order is then automatically sent down to ASPEN or
DealerWinTM to be processed
by the dealer.
If you
have signed up for CNH eCommerce and have our CNH OPC Interface for
either
DealerWinTM or ASPEN, now, in
addition to being able to transfer parts picklists from OPC into your
parts
invoices, work orders, and/or parts orders and see your list/suggested
list
prices, net/avg. cost, on-hand quantity of your location(s), bin
location,
overflow bin, Promo IDs, Parts Marketing Codes, Order Code/Reorder Point
and
other parts data from your business management system in the OPC Part
Information screen, you will also be able to receive parts orders placed
by your customers on the CNH eCommerce website.
Because
this functionality is already built in to
the OPC Interface, there is no extra charge for our OPC Interface
users. Current Charter customers with the OPC Interface
