Charter Software Announces New Integration with CNH Case New Holland Parts & Service and CNH Capital

Littleton, CO – January 26, 2011 – Charter Software Inc., a leading provider of business management software for agricultural and outdoor power equipment dealers, is pleased to announce new integration between ASPEN, their Windows-based business management software, and CNH Case New Holland Parts and Service and with CNH Capital, the financial services business of agricultural and construction equipment maker CNH Global N.V. (“CNH”).

Charter’s latest time-saving and profit-building integration includes connectivity to CNH AMAX as well as access to the new CNH Flat Rate/SRT/PM Guides.

CNH Gateway Initiative Will Change Dealers' Process for CNH Capital CRA Transactions

Have you heard about the new CNH Gateway Initiative? CNH Gateway is an Internet-based technology enhancement that will affect how you process your CNH Capital Commercial Revolving Account transactions.

Without this integration, dealers will be required to re-key their invoices into the CNH Capital Virtual Terminal, which requires a subscription.

Our CNH Online Parts Catalog (OPC) Interface is now certified to work with CNH’s new eCommerce website, which allows CNH dealers' customers to check availability of parts and their pricing and place an order online. The order is then automatically sent down to ASPEN or DealerWin^TM to be processed by the dealer.
