Signature Capture Devices for ASPEN allow invoices and other documents to be signed using a digital pad rather than by obtaining customer’s signatures manually. The device provides multiple options for configuring payment methods to allow multiple signatures or just one signature per type of document. The signed documents are then securely stored within ASPEN and can be retrieved and viewed at any of your locations connected to the system.
A cash drawer provides a secure storage place for cash, checks, and credit card receipts that have been processed through ASPEN’s POS screen. A separate cash drawer device must be purchased for each computer from which you wish to open. Only cash drawers purchased through Charter Software are supported. Manufacturer’s warranty applies. Barcode Label Printer for ASPEN is configurable to choose your label size. Format your label by dragging and dropping desired fields in ASPEN. Print barcode labels from Lookup, Parts Orders/Returns, Part Selection, Parts Receipt, POS. Use to print labels, picklist, and/or bin labels. See samples of label sizes and layouts here.
