PA201 - Order Formula Codes & the Suggested Ordering System (We recommend that you begin PA201 prior to taking 202 & 203.) Next class is Friday, October 29th, at 10 am MST.
In this class you will learn:
- How DealerWinTM uses Order Formula Codes (OFCs) to create suggested orders
- How to set parameters in the Auto Reset OFCs function in order to set your OFCs at optimal levels
- How to create reasonable suggested orders
Who should attend: Parts manager and/or the person who is in charge of ordering parts for the dealership
PA 202 Parts Reporting (next class Friday, October 1st at 10 am MST)
In this one-hour, web-based class you will learn:
- What reports are available in the DealerWinTM Parts module and how to create them
- Parts Management reports available via the paManage option
- How to print reports to file
- Custom data manipulation after importing data into Microsoft Excel
Who should attend: Parts manager, general manager, store manager.
PA 203 Parts Invoicing & Maintenance: Tips & Tricks (next class Friday, October 15th, 1 pm MST)
In this one-hour, web-based class you will learn:
- How to do split invoices
- How to do internal parts invoices
- How to create/use quotations for repetitive lists of parts
- More about core parts, discounts, sales tax, etc on individual parts
- How to use the History program in the way it was intended
- How to effectively use the DW Lookup module
Who should attend: Anyone who runs parts invoices.
SE 201: Running Tickets in the Internal Service Module (next class Friday, November 5th, 10 am MST)
In this class you will learn:
- Suggested types of monthly internal work orders
- How to run internal tickets
- Accounts to use when invoicing internal work orders
- Suggestions for making the whole process easier
Who should attend: Service manager, store manager, service clerk, bookkeeper.
SE202: Effective/Efficient Use of Order Maintenance Function (next class Friday, October 8th, 1 pm MST)
In this one-hour, web-based class you will learn:
- How to create and use service packages to save time
- How to properly designate equipment on work orders
- How to transfer time prior to invoicing
- Creating estimates
Who should attend: Service manager, service clerk, store manager.
SE 203: Service Clock Program & Using the Service Reports (next class Friday, October 15th, 10 am MST)
In this one-hour, web-based class you will learn:
- How to use the clock program
- What reports are available and what do they mean
- Using service reports to track/reward labor efficiency
- How to print reports to file so you can retrieve the info you need
Who should attend: Service manager, store manager.
